When taken as a prophylactic, stimulant or supportive measure, the herbal infusion is sufficient for an indefinite period of use. For a better health effect, the teas should be taken before meals, warm. The specific flavour of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours.
