Ingredients: ocimum sanctum (narrow-leaved basil), glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice), myrica rubra (red waxflower), cinnamomum zeylanicum (ceylon cinnamon), curcuma zedoaria (white turmeric).
Quantity: 100 g loose tea
Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.
Preparation: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g), boil in water for 3-5 minutes or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over the mixture and leave to steep for 10 minutes.
Preparation and use: boil one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2 g) in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to stand for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.
Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
