Ingredients: nardostachys jatamansi (large-flowered nard), ocimum sanctum (narrow-leaved basil), zingiber officinale (true ginger), cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon cinnamon), withania somnifera (withania somnifera), curcuma longa (turmeric), tinospora cordifolia (heart-leaved sweet potato), piper nigrum (black pepper), elettaria cardamomum (real cardamom).
Quantity: 100 g loose tea
Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.
Preparation: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) boil in water for 3-5 minutes or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over the mixture and leave to steep for 10 minutes.
Consumption:
A maximum of two teas is recommended at a time. More teas can be taken alternately on a daily or weekly basis to reduce the symptoms of common ailments. In this case, the teas should be taken separately at one hour intervals. When taken as a prophylactic, stimulant or supportive measure, the herbal infusion is sufficient for an indefinite period of use. For a better health effect, the teas should be taken before meals, warm. The specific flavour of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, no sweeteners are recommended.
Keep away from children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
