Instructions for use:
A. Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) of agar + dry ingredients in 0,5 l of cold liquid.
B. Bring to the boil/boil, stirring constantly, for 1 - 2 minutes and set aside in a cold place. Perfect for any dish that needs to change from liquid to solid. Also recommended for vegetarian dishes.
CAUTION: Dissolve agar agar powder in cold liquids!
