Preparation:

To make traditional matcha tea, mix: 1 teaspoon of Organic Matcha Premium Grade powder with 60 ml of hot water or plant milk (maximum 80°C), whisk vigorously, ideally with a bamboo chasen whisk or a regular kitchen whisk. If you want sweetness, you can add maple syrup, stevia or your favourite natural sweetener.
