Use
For room aromatization, add 1 - 2 drops of pine essential oil to aromatic lamps and candlesticks, for inhalation - 4 - 5 drops of this oil per liter of hot water and breathe in water vapor. The procedures are useful for colds, flu, disinfection of the ambient air, removal of tobacco odor, coughing, runny nose, drowsiness, hangovers, and so on.
For the bath, mix 7 - 8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yogurt or a spoonful of salt, honey, mild oil and pour into the bath.
For massage, add 5 - 6 drops of pine essential oil to 20 g of base oil and use for massage to treat muscle or joint pain, fight cellulite and so on.
Cosmetics 3 - 4 drops of pine essential oil mix with 20 g of any cream and use to nourish the skin.
Warnings: The essential oil should only be used diluted with the base massage oil. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use directly on the skin.

Allergic sensitivity must be checked! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check for allergic sensitivity of the skin and respiratory tract: mix one to two drops of oil with 0.5 - 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply a piece of cotton wool on the inside of the forearm, wrist or elbow bend. If after a while (maximum 12 hours) you do not have allergic reactions - redness, itching, you can use the oil for skin treatments.
Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dark place.
