Kapha dosha in Ayurveda supports the body's resilience and immunity, and increases vitality, joint health and general physical condition. It provides stimulation and refreshment. The traditional blend of Himalayan herbs, proven over centuries, has a beneficial effect on people with these predominant properties of Kapha dosha:

Light and warm food, regular physical work and exercise, frequent changes and a variety of daily activities are good for rebalancing Kapha dosha. The Kapha type should avoid heavy, fatty, stewed and greasy foods and focus on a diet of spicy, bitter and astringent flavours. It is advisable to reduce unnecessary excess sleep, overeating and milk consumption.

Ingredients: zingiber officinale (ginger), centella asiatica (Asian centella), ocimum sanctum (basil), piper nigrum (black pepper), elettaria cardamomum (cardamom), cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon cinnamon), terminalia bellirica (carpathian spearmint), cuminum cyminum (camphor cinnamon), tribulus terrestris (cuckoo rag), myrica rubra (red waxflower), syzygium aromaticum (scented clove).

Quantity: 100 g loose tea

Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.

Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.

Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
