Ayurvedic Himalayan Tea Udana, loose, Everest Ayurveda, 100g

In Ayurveda, it is recommended for maintaining normal vitality and resilience of the body.

May help to stimulate physical fitness and increase the efficiency of the body. May help stimulate creative energy in times of fatigue, weakness and exhaustion. May help to strengthen willpower and the perception of purposeful action.

Ingredients: cinnamomumzeylanicum (ceylon cinnamon), zingiber officinale (ginger), piper nigrum (black pepper), cuminum cyminum (camphor cinnamon).

Quantity: 100 g loose tea

Recommended dosage: 2 cups per day.

Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two teas at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.

Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
