Mentha arvensis (spearmint) helps to maintain normal visual quality. May help to strengthen eye function and refresh eye muscles.
Centella asiatica (Asian Centella) helps support normal brain function and cognitive function.
Withania somnifera (mistletoe) helps to stimulate the body during fatigue and loss of concentration.
Ingredients: mentha arvensis (spearmint), centella asiatica (Asian centella), withania somnifera (mistletoe), zingiber officinale (ginger), glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice).
Quantity: 100 g loose tea.
Recommended dosage: 2 cups per day.
Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.
Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
