Dashamula (dashamoola) herbal mixture in powder, Seyfried, 100g

Dashamula combines all three doshas, consisting of the roots of 10 Ayurvedic plants, it is a harmonious classic compound that is found in many Ayurvedic preparations due to its unique properties. Each root has its own unique effect, and in this blend they reinforce each other.

It is a very good tool for deep cleansing of integrated body toxins both internally and externally. It is recommended to use Dashamula Churna regularly as it has a good effect on the whole body, improves performance, harmonizes the mental state.

Method of use:

In the bath: mix 200 gr. powder and 3 liters of water. Bring to a boil, evaporate to a volume of 2 liters. The resulting mixture can be placed in water while bathing or used to rinse the body.

It is better to use this method for courses, intensity (1 or 2 times a day, every day, 1 day, 2 days, etc.) and duration (7-14 days) can be set individually.

With this decoction you can wash your face every day.

Herbal steam bath, phytostatic:

Pour 200 grams of powder into a special steam bath container.

Dashamula Churna is also used for enema procedures (Basti) for body cleansing and powder massage (Udvartana).

For internal use (according to Ayurvedic treatises): mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder and 1 liter of water, heated to boiling in a steam bath, evaporate to 1/3 volume. Cool slightly, strain if desired. Drink 1 cup of decoction a day before meals, in portions. As a tonic, firming and antianaemic remedy is taken 80-100 ml 2-3 times a day, or as directed by an Ayurvedic specialist.
