Instructions for use: Rub the shower powder into a damp palm and then rub with both hands until foaming. Or you can spray the shower powder directly on damp skin. Apply mild foam to damp skin and wash off. The shower powder is also suitable for washing the face.

Tip: Your skin will benefit if you do not dry it after a shower, but allow it to dry naturally or wrap your body in a towel, as rubbing and drying removes moisture from the skin.
