This product has a coconut aroma and a slightly sweet taste.
Recommended Use: To get a whipped cream, you can refrigerate overnight in the refrigerator. Pour the hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl and leave in a clear liquid (keep for cocktails or other uses). Whisk with a mixer until light peaks. Optionally add vanilla, icing sugar or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can make it harder).
