Instructions for use: Carefully apply the powder on a damp toothbrush or directly into the mouth and brush your teeth for about three minutes without pressing hard. Then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
For everyday use, it is recommended to use coconut oil instead of water to reduce the abrasive effect. Use for sensitive teeth at most twice a week.
