Massage oil Ashwagandha Thailam, Nimi Ayurveda, 200ml

Nimi Ayurveda Ashwagandha Thailam Ayurvedic massage oil is composed of many herbs. Can be used for daily massage. Ashwagandha is also known as Indian ginseng, which is especially known for its restorative effects. Massage with Ashwagandha oil is said to strengthen, invigorate and increase the body's resistance.

Ashwagandha Thailam is especially recommended for severe Vata dosha dominance (Vata reduction).

Tip:

Ashwagandha massage oil does not contain emulsifiers and may harden at lower temperatures. For optimal use, warm up to 36-40°C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.

After applying and massaging the oil, leave it on the skin for at least 30 minutes or overnight (before bathing or showering).

Usage: In the morning or evening, massage the whole body with warm (about 40 degrees) oil, wait for the oil to be absorbed and, if necessary, wash off the residue with water.
