An uplifting blend of fresh, minty plant oils for the mind and body to release stagnant energy. Treat yourself to a self-massage to detoxify and awaken your whole being with a bounty of fresh botanicals. Purifying nimba and spearmint improve skin condition and care.

Using Body Oil: To follow the Abhyanga ritual, warm the oil in a bath of warm water or rub the bottle back and forth between your palms to warm the oil.

- Pour 5-6 clicks of oil on the palm and inhale the aroma

- Begin by massaging your feet, moving towards your heart center, adding more oil to your palms as needed.

- Massage the oil in long longitudinal movements along the limbs. Massage the joints, torso and chest in circular motions.

- Leave for 20 minutes for the oil to absorb.
