Rosemary essential oil, Sattva Ayurveda, 10ml

Rosemary essential oil is extracted from the leaves of this Mediterranean plant. It has a woody, herbal aroma and is commonly used in aromatherapy, skin and hair care. Rosemary essential oil stimulates and refreshes the mind and body. It is often used to improve mental clarity and concentration and increase energy levels. It can also help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Uses

To scent rooms, add 1 to 2 drops of essential oil to aromatic lamps and candlesticks.

For the bath, mix 7 - 8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yoghurt or a tablespoon of salt, honey, mild oil and pour into the bath.

For cosmetics Mix 3 - 4 drops of essential oil with 20 g of any cream and use to nourish the skin.

Warnings. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use directly on skin.

Allergic sensitivity must be checked! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check allergic sensitivity to skin and respiratory tract: mix one to two drops of the oil with 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply with a piece of cotton wool on the inner side of the forearm, the wrist or the crease of the elbow. If no allergic reactions such as redness, itching occur after a while (maximum 12 hours), you can use the oil for skin treatments.

Store in an airtight container in a cool and dark place.
