Uses
For aromatic purposes, add 1-2 drops of pine essential oil to aromatic lamps and candlesticks, and for inhalation purposes, add 4-5 drops of pine essential oil to a litre of hot water and breathe in the steam. These treatments are useful for colds, flu, disinfecting the air, removing tobacco smell, coughing, runny nose, drowsiness, hangovers, etc.
For the bath, mix 7 to 8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yoghurt or a tablespoon of salt, honey, mild oil and add to the bath.
For massage, add 5 - 6 drops of pine essential oil to 20 g of base oil and use for massage for muscle or joint pain, cellulite, etc.
Cosmetics Mix 3-4 drops of pine essential oil with 20 g of any cream and use to nourish your skin.
Cautions: the essential oil should only be used when diluted with a base massage oil. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use directly on the skin.

Allergic sensitivity must be checked! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check allergic sensitivity to skin and respiratory tract: mix one to two drops of the oil with 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply with a piece of cotton wool on the inner side of the forearm, the wrist or the crease of the elbow. If no allergic reactions such as redness, itching occur after a while (maximum 12 hours), you can use the oil for skin treatments.
