Use: Use 1 tea bag per cup. Pour boiling water over it and leave to steep for at least 3 minutes. Add sugar or honey to the tea to taste. You can also make iced tea: let the brewed tea cool and put it in the fridge. For maximum effect, drink 3-5 cups of tea a day.
