Food supplement Triphala Guggulu, Cosmoveda, 80 capsules

Triphala Guggulu combines two classic Ayurvedic preparations: Triphala and Guggulu (or Guggul).

According to Ayurveda, Triphala Guggulu works at the level of harmonious dosha balance by balancing the six taste doshas. It provides bitter, spicy, sour and sweet flavors.

In making Triphala Guggulu, Triphala is combined with the fragrant resin of Indian myrrh (Guggulu) and Pippali or "long pepper".

This formula is essentially an even stronger version of Triphala. It has all six flavors. Triphala Guggulu reduces and warms Kapha. Ayurvedic experts (Vaidyas) recommend it for various conditions.

Ingredients:

Guggulu/Commiphora mukul (48%), Indian gooseberry fruit powder* Amalaki/Emblica officinalis, green, Belerian myrobalan fruit powder* Bibhitaki/Terminalia bellirica, large myrobalan* Haritaki/Terminalia chebula and long pepper* Pippali/Piper longum fruit, Guggulu resins extract*, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose** (capsule).

Recommended use: 3 capsules of 0.48 g each (0.38 g net) 2 times a day after a meal with warm water. A daily intake of 2.28 g of herbal powder contains 132 mg of plant extracts.
