In India, Chyavanprash has been valued for centuries. In Ayurveda, it is a food supplement. Chyavanprash is delicious, gently spicy, made from ghi (melted butter) puree, with plenty of Amla (Amalaki), cane sugar, honey and a wide variety of Ayurvedic herbs.

Chyavanprash has special balancing properties - it is a soothing and balancing food supplement for the whole family. Particularly beneficial properties are the natural vitamin C, highly concentrated in the Amla fruit, and selected Ayurvedic herbs. Thanks to thousands of years of natural ingredients that have been researched and proven, Chyavanprash is great for people of all ages.

In the classical Ayurvedic tradition, Chyavanprash belongs to the so-called Rasayanas (this word consists of the words Rasa and Ayana). Rasa as a body movement fluid is produced during digestion and has nourishing properties for all tissues. In Ayurveda, the following tissues are distinguished (Dathus): Rasa (plasma), Rakta (blood), Mamsa (muscle), Meda (fat), Asthi (bone), Majja (bone marrow), and Shukra (nerve and reproductive tissue). .
Ayana means that Dhatus is well nourished and healthy. Therefore, Rasayana is truly a blessing to the whole body.

Chyavanprash is an authentic Ayurvedic food supplement with many historical references and legends. Preliminary sources indicate that Chyavanprash dates back more than 3,000 years before our era. According to the ancient Ayurvedic text, Charak Samhita, the first and oldest scripture in Ayurveda, Chyavanprash can and should be consumed daily.

About ingredients:
Most herbs made in recipes are boiled in water and then the dried extract is mixed with honey. The powdered aromatic spices cardamom, cinnamon and cloves are then added to the powder. The finished product is like sugar syrup, but with a delicious and slightly pungent taste.
The blend of Ayurvedic herbs and spices is traditionally made according to Sarangadhara Samhitha, one of the main scriptures of Ayurveda.

Amalaki (Amla, lat. Emblica officinalis, Indian gooseberry) is one of the main ingredients, along with cane sugar and honey. According to ancient Ayurvedic texts, Amalaki is the richest source of natural vitamin C, containing almost all six Ayurvedic flavors except cheese. Amalaki contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, carbohydrates, thiamine, riboflavin and many more. Many scientifically sound studies have confirmed the positive properties of Amalaki.

Unprocessed cane sugar and honey serve as herbal carriers. In addition, cane sugar and honey give a sweet, invigorating taste, according to Ayurvedic texts. Chyavanprash without sugar and honey would not have the same power.
