Tulsi is a special herb, known in India as the holy basil for good reason, an ancient wisdom for the modern world. A plant with a complex chemical structure. Tulsi's effects on the body are comprehensive but often subtle. As a balm for the body, mind and soul, its properties have been used in India for more than 5000 years. "Tulsi, the 'Queen of Herbs', has made its way to the West today. Regular users of tulsi tea speak highly of it. Drink tulsi tea every day as much as you like - unlike many herbs, there is no need to dose it. Children love it too.

"Organic India" tulsi is grown on rural farms in a sustainable way. These organic teas are made up of the finest tulsi leaves and flowers mixed with other organic herbs, teas or spices. This creates a natural but distinctive beverage.

"TULSI TEA Organic India is unique in that it is made from three types of Tulsi: Rama, Krishna and Vana. All the plants are grown to the highest standards on small, traditional farms. They are dried at low temperatures, blended and packaged in state-of-the-art hygienic equipment, in compliance with the requirements to ensure maximum freshness, aroma and healthiness.

The base of this tea is Tulsi (holy basil), which has excellent tonic, revitalising and stress-relieving properties. Tulsi is one of India's most sacred plants and is considered to be a "healing balm" for the body, mind and soul. It opens the heart and mind, enhances the energy of love and devotion, and builds faith, compassion and clarity of mind. Holy basil is believed to offer divine protection, purify the aura and strengthen the immune system.

Tulsi has been shown in modern scientific research to be an excellent adaptogen, stress reliever, endurance booster, inflammation reducer, cholesterol reducer, detoxifier, radiation protector, ulcer protector, fever reducer, digestion enhancer, and rich in antioxidants and other nutrients. Tulsi is particularly effective for the heart, blood vessels, liver, lungs, as well as blood pressure and blood sugar regulation.

Cinnamon contains the active ingredient polyphenol MNSR, which can mimic insulin, activate the insulin-sensing receptor and act on a par with insulin in cells. 2-3 g of cinnamon reduces blood sugar levels by 20%. Cinnamon has also been shown to reduce blood fats and bad cholesterol.

Guduchi cinnamon has immunostimulant, antimicrobial, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, hypotensive, antiallergic and adaptogenic effects, anxiolytic and stress-protective effects.

Use: Use 1 tea bag per cup. Cover with boiling water and leave to steep for at least 3 minutes (preferably up to 10 minutes). Add sugar or honey to the tea to taste. You can also make iced tea: let the brewed tea cool down and put it in the fridge.

For a better effect, it is recommended to drink 3-5 cups of tea per day.

Ingredients: Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) stem, cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), muleti root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Krishna Tulsi leaves (Ocimum sanctum), Vana Tulsi leaves (Ocimum gratissimum), Ram Tulsi leaves (Ocimum sanctum), black pepper berries/fruit (Piper nigrum).
