Ayurvedic Himalayan tea Ranjaka, loose, Everest Ayurveda, 100g

Ayurvedic recommendation for normal iron absorption and maintenance of blood quality status.

The tea can help maintain normal liver function and metabolic activity. It has a positive effect on cardiovascular function and blood iron recycling. May be useful in cases of fatigue and exhaustion.

Ingredients: terminalia arjuna (bare top), valeriana officinalis (valerian), zingiber officinale (ginger), elettaria cardamomum (cardamom), syzygium aromaticum (clove), cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon zeylone).

Quantity: 100 g loose tea

Recommended dosage: 2 cups per day.

Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.

Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
